Summer Days DTS

With Ushuaia being so far south in the world, most of the year we enjoy a cold winter climate. However, over the Christmas months the weather warms up enough to be able to enjoy the national parks and nearby mountains. There is nothing like worshiping God amongst the nature that He has created.

That is why we now have, starting in 2011, our Summer Days Discipleship Training School (DTS). This school will spend a lot more time outdoors amongst God’s creation. It is a great opportunity to get to know more of Ushuaia while getting to know more about God.

The DTS is a dynamic learning experience that involves both students and staff. It will challenge you to respond according to Christ’s character as you get to know Him more through:

• Individual and group prayer
• Small group devotionals
• Worship
• Study
• Classes
• Reading the Word
• Practical works
• Friendships
• Openness
• The Gospel
• Pastoral attention

The purpose of this school is to help you to replace the old habits in your life with those that God’s word encourages. In this way we achieve the same vision as that which God has for the world, coming to understand the need and urgency for missionaries in the field.
